1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service Cancellation by Client:

   – Clients may cancel their subscription or booked services by providing written notice to Skill Bodhi at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled service or renewal date.

   – Cancellations made less than 10 working days before the scheduled service or renewal date will incur a cancellation fee of [specific amount or percentage].

1.2 Service Cancellation by Skill Bodhi:

   – Skill Bodhi reserves the right to cancel any service or subscription with prior notice to the client. In such cases, a full refund will be provided for any prepaid services not yet rendered.

2. Refund Policy

   – Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Skill Bodhi within 10 working days of the original purchase or billing date.

   – Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the written request.

2.2 Eligibility for Refund:

   – Consulting Services: Full refunds are available if the cancellation is made at least 10 working days before the scheduled consulting session. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 10 working days before the session.

   – Subscription Services: Clients are eligible for a prorated refund for any unused portion of their subscription if cancellation is made within 10 working days of the start of the subscription period.

   – Digital Products: Refunds for digital products (e.g., eBooks, online courses) are only available if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once downloaded or accessed, no refund will be issued.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items:

   – Fees for completed services, including but not limited to consultation sessions, workshops, and courses, are non-refundable.

   – Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Submitting a Refund Request:

   – The request must include the client’s name, contact information, the reason for the refund, and any relevant documentation.
